Africa does not need to be modern or civilised to be beautiful and glorious.
It is inherently beautiful.
It is glorious in its history.
Yes, Africa has a history, more than 300 thousand years old.
This history, Marabia tells you about it.
Marabia is a figure from my imagination. Can you see Her ? This beautiful, shining African woman with flowering hair ?She is the one.
Marabia is a nigerian firstname from Igbo people which means “the child who comes at the right time.“

I am Fany Nwamara, the thinker of all this.
What I do?I introduce the stories of Marabia in my boxes of cultural and spicy cookies, made with my own hands, with all my passion for Africa, my native land.
I market this concept under the name of “Africa Blossoms“, The Cookies That Tell the Story of Africa.

Heiress of a large and modest family that made its fortune in the sale of spices in Zanzibar, the Tanzanian spice island where the Arabs went to get ginger in the Middle Ages, Marabia is a cultured young woman who knows the history of her continent and its peoples.
Ever since she was a little girl, her father took her on his travels in search of new spices, meeting new peoples from whom he bought spices to sell in the market of her hometown but also in the big cities of the continent.
Through his strength and perseverance, he eventually built a legacy that he bequeathed to his children, especially his eldest daughter, Marabia.
Since her early childhood, Marabia has gone to meet the peoples of the continent. She knows their history, their culture, their rites, and especially the important place of their spices and its virtues in their social and cultural life.
For Africa Blossoms, which means ”Flowers of Africa”, Marabia represents those women who carry within them the seeds of a future flowering, a rebirth that invites to radiate and share its light with gentleness and generosity that Africa Blossoms symbolizes by spreading its stories

« Africa Blossoms » symbolizes the flowering, the rebirth, the elevation:
The Revelation Of The Flowers Of Africa.“
Born in Cameroon, Fany Nwamara arrived in France at the age of 15 where she continued her studies until she obtained a Master 2 in Molecular Biology. After a few years in clinical research and a pastry diploma in her pocket, she took her courage in both hands and decided to devote her precious time to entrepreneurship in pastry, with her first brand ” PATICIELLE », a high-end multi-tiered wedding cake service.
But her journey and her history quickly caught up with her and led her to create Africa Blossoms, pastries that tell the story of Africa.
Indeed, Fany has not always been passionate about Africa! This passion for African history and cultural heritage was born when she discovered at the age of 30 that Africa had a history…A history that is told.
Africa Blossoms was born out of frustration: the lack of knowledge about Africa’s past by Afro-descendants themselves, leading to a lack of self-esteem and a cultural inferiority complex as a result of colonization.
After several months of design, testing and two confinements, she finally launched “Africa Blossoms” in November 2020 via a pre-order campaign on the crowdfunding platform Ulule, where she collected more than 1000 pre-sales!
“Africa Blossoms” symbolizes the flowering, the rebirth, the elevation: the revelation of the flowers of Africa.
